Membership Options

All membership options are inclusive of mandatory insurance and registration with Rowing Queensland lnc. Membership applies for the Calendar year. Rowing may not row in 2021 until their membership application has been accepted by BRC

Competitive	$940	$690	Use of all boats and equipment. Voting rights.
Competitive(Part-time)	$776	$526	As above. For rowers who apply for membership any time after 31 March.
Recreational	$861	$611	Non-Competitive rowers may book boats and equipment and have voting rights. If at any time a recreational rower wishes to compete, an additional $79 will be payable.
Recreational(Part-time)	$320	$70	Non-competitive member can max 12 times per season. Voting rights
Associate	$300	$50	Must be registered and insured with RQ through another club. May row only when invited by a BRC Member and may row a max of 12 times per season. No voting rights.
Limited	$300	–	3 months Learn to Row program
	$25	–	Trial (max 3 rows)

**Creation of the BRC was enabled through significant pre-payments by some members. Those members are entitled to on an annual $250 membership discount until the expiry of their prepaid amount. These members are known as Eligible Trust Donors.

Membership Agreement

I understand that the Brisbane Rowing Club endeavours to take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of club members. However, I acknowledge and accept that rowing training and competition are undertaken at my own risk. My signature below is a complete acknowledgment of this condition and the Brisbane Rowing club cannot be held liable or responsible in any way for my health or wellbeing.

In the event of the acceptance of my application of membership of Brisbane Rowing club and as a member of Rowing Queensland Inc, I agree:

to be bound by the constitution, Club Rules and By-Laws as published from time to time and that, for the purpose of any notices to be given to me as a member of the club, where I have provided an email address to the club, I agree to receive such notice by delivery to that address;
to abide by the rules and By-Laws of Rowing Queensland Inc. (copies available from Rowing Queensland Inc.);
to abide by directives as determined by the committee and officials of the club from time to time; and,
to pay all applicable fees and levies as and when they become due.

I hereby agree to abide by the club’s policies and procedures as published on the club website. I further acknowledge that is my obligation to access and read the policies and procedures.
